6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.5 Maximum Bet Rules

In no event shall toyo88's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your toyo88 account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your toyo88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered bank account after deducting any applicable bonuses and fees. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-related funds. 10.2 Termination by toyo88

Upon termination for cause, toyo88 may withhold any remaining account balance and pursue legal remedies as appropriate.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay activity) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. toyo88 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 for accounts with remaining balances after 12 months of inactivity, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and best practices. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of toyo88 services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.
